Alien: Isolation Oculus Rift Isn't in Development

The VR version of Creative Assembly's upcoming FPS was available to play on the show floor last month, allowing E3 attendees to play a section of the game with full, terrifying head-tracking functionality. But when fans inquired after a full version of Alien: Isolation with Oculus Rift support, the developer responded on Twitter that there was no such thing.

"What we've got at the moment with Oculus is a prototype, there's no full game in [development.]"

Alien Isolation will be available on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC October 7.
